The boathouse was absolutely stunning with incredible furnishings and facilities. The terrace overlooking the estuary was a perfect spot to relax. The property was tastefully decorated with lovely touches, including a music speaker and healthy grill. The location was ideal, just a short walk to shops and the boat ferry to Salcombe. The beds were comfortable and the wardrobes had plenty of hangers. The two bathrooms were convenient for two couples, and the one on the same level as the lounge/kitchen was great for elderly in-laws. Kingsbridge is a beautiful town, centrally located for exploring. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

The furnishings and facilities were incredible, creating a stylish and homely atmosphere. The terrace overlooking the estuary was a favorite spot. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a short walk to the town. Amanda, our host, was welcoming and accommodating, even ensuring the property was warm upon our late arrival. She also booked a table at the nearby pub/restaurant for us. A great last-minute find with local amenities nearby.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
